(the “Company”) and _________________ (“Employee”) pursuant to the Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. 1999 Stock Incentive Plan (the “Plan”). Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, all terms defined in the Plan and used in this Agreement (whether or not capitalized) have the meanings as set forth in the Plan.
