EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of this 30th day of June, 2005, by and between Steven M. Grossman, 19 Mettowee Farms Court, Upper Saddle River, NJ 07458 (the “Executive”) and 4Kids Entertainment, Inc. with offices at 1414 Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York 10019 (the “Company”), together referred to as the parties to this Agreement (the “Parties”). WHEREAS, the Company desires to obtain the benefit of the experience and services of the Executive in connection with the operation of the Company and its subsidiaries and desires to employ the Executive upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, and the Executive is willing and able to accept such employment on such terms and conditions.
