McCARTHY, an individual (“McCarthy”), JAYHAWK CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (“Jayhawk”), JAYHAWK INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“Jayhawk Institutional”), and JAYHAWK INVESTMENTS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“Jayhawk Investments”). McCarthy, Jayhawk, Jayhawk Institutional, and Jayhawk Investments are collectively referred to as the “Jayhawk Group.”
