This letter agreement is intended to set forth the terms of your continued employment by Marsh Inc. (“Marsh”) as its President and Chief Executive Officer. This position currently reports to the President and Chief Executive Officer (the “Chief Executive Officer”) of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc.
