I, Alan Lotvin, enter into this Restrictive Covenant Agreement (“Agreement”) with CVS Pharmacy, Inc., on its own behalf and on behalf of its subsidiaries and affiliates (“CVS”), which is effective as of the date I sign the Agreement (“Effective Date”).
