This Separation Agreement and General Release (“Agreement”) is entered into between Met Pro Corporation, and all its past and present subsidiaries, related, and affiliated companies; all its and their present or past officers, directors, agents and employees (collectively, the “Company”) and Gary J. Morgan (“Executive”).
