(hereinafter referred to as Services) a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, and Entergy Texas, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Client Company) a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas with its principal place of business at 350 Pine Street, Beaumont, Texas 77701.
