This Share Purchase Agreement is made as of September 15th, 2003 between (i) Aquila Networks British Columbia Ltd., a British Columbia company with its head office in Trail, British Columbia (the “Vendor”); and Fortis Inc., a Newfoundland and Labrador corporation with its head office in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador (the “Purchaser”).
