(“Motorola Solutions” or the “Company”) is pleased to grant you this Restricted Stock Unit Award (“Award”) under the Motorola Solutions Omnibus Incentive Plan of 2006, as amended (the “Plan”). The Date of Grant and the total number of Motorola Solutions restricted stock units (the “Units”) are stated above. The summary vesting schedule stated above is subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement (defined below), including, but not limited to, the special vesting conditions set forth in Section 3 below.
