This First Amendment to Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement (this “Amendment”) is effective as of April 17, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Nordson Corporation, an Ohio corporation (“Nordson”), and KeyBank National Association, in its capacity as Agent (as each such capitalized term is defined in the Agreement referenced below).
