EIGHTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of March 1, 2017 (this “Eighth Supplemental Indenture”), between EVERSOURCE ENERGY, a voluntary association duly organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the “Company”), and THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A., formerly known as The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A.
