This Agreement is among PPG INDUSTRIES, INC., a Pennsylvania corporation (“PPG” and the “Borrower”), the banks, financial institutions and other institutional lenders (the “Initial Lenders”) listed on the signature pages hereof on the date hereof, BNP PARIBAS (“BNP”), as Administrative Agent for the Lenders and PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as syndication agent (the “Syndication Agent”).
