THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED GLOBAL REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of December 11, 2020 (the “Second Amendment Effective Date”), is entered into by and among RYDER SYSTEM, INC., a Florida corporation (“Ryder”), RYDER TRUCK RENTAL HOLDINGS CANADA LTD. (“Ryder Holdings Canada”), RYDER TRUCK RENTAL CANADA LTD.
