Second Supplemental Indenture (this “Second Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of August 31, 2016, among A. Schulman, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Issuer”), each of the undersigned subsidiaries of the Issuer (each, a “Guaranteeing Subsidiary” and, collectively, the “Guaranteeing Subsidiaries”) and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee (the “Trustee”).
