THIS BUSINESS LOAN AGREEMENT with effect as of the date set forth below is made and executed between Scientific Industries, Inc. {"Borrower"} and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA {"Lender"} on the following terms and conditions: Borrower has received or has applied to receive a commercial loan or loans or other financial accommodations from Lender. All such loans and financial accommodations from Lender to Borrower whether now or hereafter existing, and however evidenced, including any and all subsequent amendments, additions, substitutions, renewals and refinancings thereof, except as otherwise may be expressly agreed by and between Borrower and Lender in any Exhibit which may be attached to this Agreement or any written document between Borrower and Lender excluding such document from this Agreement, are referred to in this Agreement as the "Loan" and collectively as the "Loans".
