This Fourth Amendment (“Fourth Amendment”) to the Amended and Restated Master Custodian Agreement dated October 17, 2008 (the “Agreement”) between each registered investment company identified on Appendix A attached hereto, as may be amended from time to time (each registered investment company made subject to the Agreement referred to as the “Fund”, each of which is a Massachusetts business trust or a Maryland corporation) and Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. (“BBH&Co.”) is made as of September 11, 2015.

AGREEMENT, dated as of June 1, 2006 and revised as of October 1, 2007, June 23, 2008, October 1, 2008, December 1, 2008, October 1, 2013, October 1, 2014 and, October 1, 2015, respectively, among Deutsche Global/International Fund, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Corporation”), on its own behalf and on behalf of each of the Funds listed on Schedule I to this Agreement (each a “Fund” and together, the “Funds”), and Deutsche Investment Management Americas Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Adviser”), effective with respect to each Fund as of the date set out with respect to such Fund on Schedule I to this Agreement, as may be amended from time to time.
