THIS SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED TERM LOAN CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of November 10, 2023 and is made by and among SEABOARD FOODS LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, as the Borrower, SEABOARD CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, as the Parent and as a Guarantor (as hereinafter defined), the LENDERS (as hereinafter defined), and COBANK, ACB, in its capacity as Administrative Agent (as hereinafter defined).
