THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT AND INCREMENTAL INCREASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of August 7, 2023 (the “Third Amendment Effective Date”), is entered into among Sonoco Products Company, a South Carolina corporation (the “Borrower”), CoBank, FCB (the “New Lender”), and Bank of America, N.A., as the Administrative Agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
