This STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of October 22, 2021, by and between DANCHEM HOLDINGS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Seller”), and Synalloy Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Buyer”).
