This Mutual Limited Release is made and entered into as of the 15th day of August 2003, by and among Ciera Network Systems, Inc., a Texas corporation ("Ciera") and CCC Globalcom Corporation, a Nevada corporation ("Guarantor" and together with Ciera, collectively, the "Releasors"), and Textron Financial Corporation, a Delaware corporation, as successor to RFC Capital Corporation (the "Lender"). Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in that certain Second Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 31, 2002, by and among the Releasors and the Lender (the "Loan Agreement").
