This is a Restricted Stock Unit Agreement (“Agreement”) between Tennant Company (the “Company”) and the individual identified above (the “Participant”), effective as of the date of grant specified above. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, any capitalized term that is not defined in this Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the Tennant Company 2017 Stock Incentive Plan (as may be amended, modified or otherwise restated, the “Plan”).
