This Warehouse Loan Agreement is dated as of March 15, 2024 and is among TRINITY INDUSTRIES LEASING COMPANY, a Delaware corporation, TRINITY RAIL LEASING WAREHOUSE TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust, the banks and other lending institutions from time to time party hereto, ATLAS SECURITIZED PRODUCTS ADMINISTRATION, L.P., as Agent for the Lenders, U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, not in its individual capacity, but solely in its capacity as Collateral Agent for the Protected Parties referred to herein, and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, not in its individual capacity, but solely in its capacity as Depositary for the Protected Parties referred to herein.
