THIS AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO RESTATED MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (“Amendment”) is effective as of the 31st day of July, 2017, by and between AMERICAN CENTURY MUTUAL FUNDS, INC., a Maryland corporation (hereinafter called the “Corporation”), and AMERICAN CENTURY INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, INC., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter called the “Investment Manager”).

THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is amended and restated effective as of the 31st day of July, 2017, by and between AMERICAN CENTURY MUTUAL FUNDS, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “Issuer”), and AMERICAN CENTURY INVESTMENT SERVICES, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Distributor”).
