This Promotional Executive Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective the 3rd day of October, 2005 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Tyson Foods, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”), and any of its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Employer”), and LOVETTE, WILLIAM W (hereinafter referred to as “Officer”).
