This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective the 9 day of December, 2009 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Tyson Foods, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”), and any of its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Employer”), and Donnie King, Persn XXXXX (hereinafter referred to as “Employee”).
