This AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO TERM LOAN AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), dated as of August 18, 2017 is made by and between TYSON FOODS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”) and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.
