THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of May 31, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Sprint Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) on behalf of itself and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, and Kevin Crull (the “Executive”) (the Company and the Executive, collectively, the “Parties,” and each, a “Party”).
