THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of February 2, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Sprint Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) on behalf of itself and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, and Nestor Cano Soler (the “Executive”) (the Company and the Executive, collectively, the “Parties,” and each, a “Party”).
