THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of April 13, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Sprint Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) on behalf of itself and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, and Yuriko Ishihara (the “Executive”) (the Company and the Executive, collectively, the “Parties,” and each, a “Party”).
