THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made, as of October 14, 2020, (“Effective Date”) by and between VSE Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“VSE” or “Company”), and Stephen D. Griffin (“Executive”). The Company and Executive are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
