THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of this first day of July, 2000 by and among Aetna Investment Services, Inc. (“AISI”), Aetna Life Insurance and Annuity Company (“ALIAC”) (collectively, “Aetna”), American Century Services Corporation ("Fund Agent"), and American Century Investment Services, Inc. (“Distributor”), acting as agent for the registered open-end management investment companies whose shares are or may be underwritten by Distributor (each a “Fund” or collectively the “Funds”).
