This document (referred to below as this "Agreement") spells out the terms and conditions of the Restricted Stock Unit Award (the "Award") granted to you by Walgreen Co., an Illinois corporation (the "Company"), pursuant to the Walgreen Co. 2013 Omnibus Incentive Plan (the "Plan") on and as of the Grant Date designated above.
