This Retirement Agreement and Release ("Agreement") is entered into between Graham Atkinson ("Graham" or "Employee") and Walgreen Co., its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, predecessors, successors and assigns ("Walgreens" or the "Company"), describing the application of certain compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions in connection with Graham's retirement from the Company and who agree as follows:
