THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT, is entered into on July 14, 2014 and effective January 1, 2014, by and between WEIS MARKETS, INC., a Pennsylvania corporation (the "Company"), and Jonathan H. Weis (the "Executive"), and amends and restates the Employment Agreement dated November 3, 2011 between the parties.
