EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), initially entered into as of the 1st day of August 2010, by and between John Wiley & Sons, Inc., a New York corporation, with offices at 111 River Street, Hoboken, New Jersey 07030 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and Mark J.
