THIS FIFTH AMENDMENT TO LEASE (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of the 3rd day of December 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between 1090 BROADWAY AVENUE DISTRIBUTION INVESTORS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Landlord”) and HAVERTY FURNITURE COMPANIES, INC., a Maryland corporation (“Tenant”).
