THIS DEFERRED COMPENSATION AGREEMENT (the “Deferred Compensation Agreement”) is made this 30th day of December, 2011 and between The Connecticut Water Company, a Connecticut corporation (together with any affiliated companies hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Employer") and Eric W.
