SIXTH AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT THIS SIXTH AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT (the “Amendment Agreement”) is made as of this 13 day of December, 2023, by and between SANTA MARIA INDUSTRIAL PARTNERS, L.P. (“Landlord”), represented herein by Marcelo Durán Roux, as its legal representative, HAEMONETICS MÉXICO MANUFACTURING, S. DE R.L. C.V.
