THIS AIRCRAFT TIME SHARING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of May 7, 2014 by and between Danaher Corporation (“Owner”), a Delaware corporation, with principal offices at 2200 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Suite 800W, Washington, DC 20037 and Thomas P. Joyce, Jr. (“Lessee”).

Unless otherwise defined herein, the terms defined in the Danaher Corporation 2007 Stock Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) will have the same defined meanings in this Stock Option Agreement (the “Agreement”).
