THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of November 15, 2019 (this “Amendment”), between Republic Capital Access, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“RCA”), and Telos Corporation, a Maryland (“Seller”).
