This Retirement and Release Agreement ("Agreement") is executed this 8th day of January, 2015 (the “Execution Date”) but effective as of the 15th day of February, 2015 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Bruce H. Vincent (the “Officer”) and Swift Energy Company (together with its subsidiaries, the “Company”) (the Officer and the Company will be referred to collectively in this Agreement as the "Parties").
