This FIRST AMENDMENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED FIVE YEAR MASTER CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), dated as of March 15, 2023 is entered into among ALLIANT ENERGY CORPORATION, a Wisconsin corporation, INTERSTATE POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY, an Iowa corporation, WISCONSIN POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY, a Wisconsin corporation (collectively, the “Borrowers”), the lenders party hereto (the “Lenders”), and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association, as administrative agent (in such capacity, the “Agent”).
