This AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of September 11, 2020 (this “Amendment”), is entered into by and among QUIDEL CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the Guarantors (as identified on the signature pages hereto, and together with the Borrower, the “Loan Parties”), the Lenders party hereto, and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as administrative agent (the “Administrative Agent”).
