SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE NO. 11, dated as of August 10, 2017 (this “Supplemental Indenture”), between Protective Life Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., a national banking association incorporated and existing under the laws of the United States of America, as trustee (the “Trustee”), supplementing the Subordinated Indenture, dated as of June 1, 1994 (the “Base Indenture”), between the Company and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A.
