LOUIS (hereinafter the “LCRA”), a public body corporate and politic established pursuant to the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority Law of the State of Missouri, and PINNACLE ENTERTAINMENT, INC., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (hereinafter the “Redeveloper”).
