INVESTMENT SUBADVISORY AGREEMENT, effective March 15, 2002, by and between Calvert Asset Management Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation registered as an investment advisor under the Investment Advisors Act of 1940 (the "Advisor"), and SSgA Funds Management, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation (the "Subadvisor").
