The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of RCM Technologies, Inc. has determined to grant to you a stock unit award under the RCM Technologies, Inc. 2007 Omnibus Equity Compensation Plan (the “Plan”) that is convertible into shares of common stock, par value $0.05 per share, of RCM Technologies, Inc.
