THIS EXECUTIVE SEVERANCE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of May 13, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Bath & Body Works, Inc. and on behalf of all of its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Company”) and Deon N.
