("Partech"), PAR GOVERNMENT SYSTEMS CORPORATION ("PAR Government"), ROME RESEARCH CORPORATION ("Rome Research"), AUSABLE SOLUTIONS, INC. ("Ausable"), and BRINK SOFTWARE, INC. ("Brink", and together with the Borrower, Partech, PAR Government, Rome Research, and Ausable, the "Loan Parties"), and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. ("Lender").
