This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of this 24th day of June, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Colony Bank (“Employer”), a Georgia Bank and wholly-owned subsidiary of Colony Bankcorp, Inc. (the “Holding Company”) and Tracie Youngblood (“Employee”), a resident of the State of Georgia (collectively, the “Parties”).
